I heard this said recently - that I am still protected by the prayers of my grandmothers’. And I believe it.
I also heard the writer, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie comment today in an interview that she feels her mother’s spirit and knows that she still helps her.
I completely agree.
I feel my mother.
I felt her when I did biofield tuning sessions.
I felt her when my boyfriend’s girlfriend told me to ‘You’re going to Fly- fly, baby’ because it was something my mother used to say to me. For years.
I felt her when I met my best friend and our stories aligned in oh so many ways, simultaneously I was learning more about others who had been close in my community and life, that no longer are a part of my life.
On numerous occasions, I have felt my mother’s protection, love, care and spirit - though I miss her bodily form, I am glad she is in peace and I know that she is still with me.
I am grateful for the love of mothers and grandmothers - it is truly unlike any other in this earthly realm.
I feel this too. And especially as I'm now, unexpectedly, a full-time caregiver for my beloved (who has cancer), my caregiving mother guides me often. And she helps me find lost items....every time when I ask for her help. :)
